About me

I like to work on a variety of things! Most of them are listed on the projects page, but I always find myself messing around with new things!

I'm a huge fan of taking the time to learn how things work under the hood, and trying not to rely on other things abstracting ideas away! It's why I chose to build this site in raw HTML/CSS, despite a lot of experience with React in large codebases. Its also a reason I host my source code on Codeberg instead of Github now, and instead focus on having robust personal backups for data I care about. It's a fun project!

I love my little side-hobbies too! I'm really enjoy pole dancing in particular, so if you ever want a conversation starter with me that's an easy go-to. Otherwise, I'm a huge fan of music and try to keep my tastes pretty diverse, so I love talking about all sorts of genres and styles.
